About Phil and his bride, Kim, have been married since the summer of 1985. They have 3 fantastic children and live in Chicago, Illinois. Pastor Phil is the Founder/Lead pastor of The House Covenant Church and most recently founded The House Development Corporation (HDC). Phil is the author of Hip Hop Church and a contributor and editor for the Urban Devotional Bible . Phil has an undergrad from Trinity International University in Communication and is a John Perkins Scholar at Northern Theological Seminary, perusing an M. Div with an emphasis in Christian Community Development.
